Dear Customer Service:
I would like a replacement for my Logitech G15 Keyboard.
On April 12 I ordered a Logitech G15 Keyboard, from your website. I received the item on April 18. Opening the package I realized it was not properly packed. The keyboard was severely damaged, and does not turn on as well. Enclosed is the keyboard, and a copy of the E-mail containing the order conformation.
Please send me a new Logitech G15 Keyboard to the above address. Also make sure that it is properly packaged so the item won't get damaged.I enjoy Logitech products so and will be looking into buying more products from Logitech shortly.
